A penny for my thoughts...

They used to be really close
Then in a last two years he changed completely…..the person had been told that his “current” friends only desire to gain something out of him…or what you called: friends with benefits….but he won’t shun himself from such a poisonous friendship. How does he maintain loyal thoughts when the obvious is so obvious right in front of his face? He is in denial and turns into hateful, lonely person…trying to defend the obvious with plausible excuses….

Unhappiness oozes out from him, people that used to be his “REAL” friends, one by one starts to disappear…

On the surface, everything looks good – NOT..!!!
People who have known him for ages see the hidden deep within the façade of unspoken words.

I feel for them....
What used to be “I’ll be there for you” has been replaced with “It’s my world now, and there are others in my life”.

It’s sad to see him spinning down to his lonely life….he has nothing to blame on but himself....
