How do you define friendship?

This is my question to "you know who you are".....I won't ask more than what I won't want to do for my friends......

I look for:
Loyal/stable, dependable/reliable
Kindness
Interests, goals or groups in common
Funny and or fun (sense of humor at least a little)
Trustworthy
Honesty where needed
Be able to vent and talk openly
Real
Encouraging
Able to relate well with each other, share a lot but not every detail of your life!
